Please serious answers only. I have been wanting to have a bigger penis for all my life. I had used magna-rxtra for months but there had been no effect. Is there any physical treatment for increasing penis size? Please help.

first of all inform the size of ur penis normal and when excited.

nothing in the whole world can help you and i am not saying this 2 be mean. the only method which will actually increase penis size is surgery and it will only make a slight difference.
